Make 2015 the year of good health


January is just around the corner and with it comes the usual guilt fuelled resolutions to exercise more or eat less. So why not start the new year with a new approach, forget restrictive diets and punishing workouts, instead look to make changes you can sustain throughout the year. Its time to step off the endless loop of diets that just don’t work and buying pricey exercise equipment that is destined for a life of gathering dust in a corner.

Let us introduce you to someone that has an excellent attitude, a talent for motivation and a huge amount of knowledge. Personal trainer, and all round wonderful human being, Kelly French will be joining us here at She Blends from January 2015. She is willing to (gently) guide you into the sometimes daunting world of fitness and show you that exercise can be for everyone. Kelly will be creating some guided workouts to help you get started on your journey to better health and fitness and she will also be sharing some ideas to help you stay on track.

We say no to resolutions and yes to healthy attitudes with a little help from Kelly French and She Blends!
